A New Way to Discover, Share and Save Online: Get Stuck in Exclus1ves Stickers!

In 2012 Exclus1ves.co.za introduced an exciting new concept called Stickers to our website. This innovative platform would allow customers to interact with our website in many different ways, while also earning group and individual discounts on our wide range of products.

While Stickers has been a definite success, we have unfortunately decided that it is time to remove the program from our website and merge it with our Fanatics loyalty programme in order to focus our efforts and offer our loyalty members an even better offering throughout our website and stores.

Here’s what you need to know:

Will I still be able to use the discount stickers already in my palette?

Yes! All of the discount stickers earned before 29 June 2015 will still be valid until they reach their expiry date. Discount stickers are valid for a period of 2 years from the date they were originally created.

Will I still be able to earn sticker discounts by rating and sharing products?

From 29 June 2015 you will no longer be able to accrue discounts (group or individual) by rating and sharing products. You will also no longer be able to accumulate Smiley stickers.

How do I earn discounts now that Stickers is being removed?

Our Fanatics loyalty programme allows you to earn point on all of your online and in store purchases which are accrued towards a quarterly discount voucher. For every 400 points earned you will receive 5% back in a Fanatics reward coupon!

Our newly re-launched Fanatics programme has many exciting benefits for both old and new members alike. You can find out more about Fanatics and the exciting re-launch competition currently running by clicking on the following link:

Is there a way of preventing the Sticker popup from appearing? It is impossible to read what is underneath it (the purpose of visiting the site …) and tedious to have it appear again with every page change.

      Hi Deborah,
You can turn off Stickers either under your profile on My Exclusives, or you can hit the grey strip right at the bottom of the Stickers tray, which will turn it off. Hope this helps!

To trigger a group discount do you have to have 100 smileys assigned in a single day, or is it when the product crosses the 100 smiley mark (and 200, 300, 400 etc)?

If this is the case then will the product be 10% off when the 200 smiley mark is crossed, 25% when the 250 mark is crossed and 10% off again when the 300 mark is crossed (each time for 24 hours)? This is how I read it, but it is not completely clear.

To answer my own question, the point of transition is when the discount is activated (for 24 hours from that point). So when the product gets to 100 smileys the 10% discount is activated for 24 hours. Likewise when 200, 300 and 400 smileys are reached. When 250, 500, 750 etc. smileys are reached the 25% discount is triggered for 24 hours.

In addition, if you’ve added smileys to a product it appears like you get an e-mail when that product is discounted.
