Introducing the Exclusive Books App: Download It Now and Get R50 Off Your Next Purchase (1 – 30 September 2017 Only)

Exclusive Books is delighted to introduce our new app, which we’ve purpose-built for book lovers: it brings you the latest book news, information about our upcoming events – and, best of all, regular special offers for your next visit to Exclusive Books.

Like our launch offer: download the app now and get R50 off your next purchase at EB, in-store or online (please note that this offer is only valid from 1 – 30 September 2017 – but keep an eye out for new offers and specials every month!). Click to choose your preferred app store:

You can also link your Fanatics membership to the app, which will keep a virtual Fanatics card handy for you; and you can check your Fanatics points and coupons straight from your phone.

The app is available in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play store: simply click either icon to start your download.

Need some help getting started? Here is our quick-start guide for setting up the Exclusive Books app – illustrated with handy gifs!

• After downloading the app, please register with your email address and mobile phone number; only registered members will have access to the app’s special offers.
• Don’t forget to enable notifications and location services, so we can send you special offers when you’re near an EB store 🙂 Only users who have enabled location services will have access to news and offers; here’s how to enable location services on Apple/iOS devices; here’s how to enable location services on Android devices.
• Note that your EB App registration details don’t have to be the same as your EB Online profile details (if you’re registered with EB Online): just use the email address and password that are most handy.

• Click on News & Offers to see what offers are available
• Select the offer you like and click on Get Coupon
• Confirm that you wish to redeem the coupon by clicking OK in the pop up prompt
• The coupon has now been added to My Coupons

To redeem your coupon in store:

• Select My Coupons
• Click on the coupon you would like to redeem
• Click on Redeem and click OK in the pop up prompt
• The coupon code will now be displayed on your screen and can be used by presenting it to the bookseller assisting you at the checkout point

To redeem your coupon online:

• Select My Coupons
• Click on the coupon you would like to redeem
• Click on Redeem and click OK in the pop up prompt
• The coupon code will now be displayed on your screen
• Sign in to the Exclusive Books Website and click on My Account
• Click on My Vouchers
• Enter the coupon code into the bar provided and click Add Voucher
• The coupon will now be available as a method of payment in Step 3 of the Checkout process during your next purchase

* Please note that coupons may only be used once. Once a coupon has been added to your online account you will no longer be able to use it in store.
* Please note that no change will be given on coupons.

• Click on the Menu and select Fanatics Rewards
• Click on Enter Your Fanatics Details
• Fill in your Fanatics Number and Member Surname in the blocks provided and click Enter
• A pop up will notify you that your card has been successfully linked to the app

• Click on News & Offers
• Click on the star in the upper right corner of the offer you wish to favourite
• These offers can now be found in My Favourites under the news tag icon

* Tip: Your favourites will appear in 3 categories – News & Offers, Categories and Find a Store.

• Click on Find a Store
• A list of stores will be shown in order of which is closest to you (note you must allow the app to access your location for this feature to work correctly)
• To access a map version click on the map icon in the upper right corner
• Zoom in to your preferred area and click on the location pin to see the store name and address

• Click on Find a Store
• Click on the star on the left next to the store you would like to favourite
• These stores can now be found in My Favourites under the location pin icon

* Tip: Your favourites will appear in 3 categories – News & Offers, Categories and Find a Store.
