Upcoming games in 2012

2011 was a great year for gamers, we had a bumper crop of game releases that had even the least hardcore gamer salivating. But 2011 is now behind us and it is time to soldier on ahead into the new year!

Normally gamers would expect very little from the gaming world so early in the year. Most of us are still living off 2 Minute Noodles and popcorn after the wallet wrecker that is December. But amazingly enough there are actually quite a few early releases that will have you contemplating selling a kidney on the black market just to get your hands on them!

Another much anticipated release is that of Diablo III. As usual the good people at Blizzard have been keeping us waiting regarding the release date, but from what we can see on their website it will be well worth the wait. Blizzard are also busy putting the final touches onto the latest World of Warcraft expansion – Mists of Pandaria – which is also sure to be a hit release (because after all, who doesn’t want to kick butt as a giant panda?).

With so many great games due for release I don’t think my wallet survive the next few months!
